#4 is all the excitement, enthusiasm, and 'scardness' that you have in this video. As well as your result video. When you showed the frontal view, I was like ummm, I only really see a change in the slimness of your face, but when you showed that sideview, I was SOLD!!! LOL. I plan to conquer 2 weeks, but if I can, I may go for 30 days and then get back in the gym to tone. I only need/want to lose 20 pounds. 15 really, but 5 extra to play around with.

I am about to search for some juicing recipes now that consists of chard and/or spinach and some kind of fruit. Needless to say, I think I am going to keep this juicer after all. One reason, I read or watched a video and I remembered a person saying don't give up after your first drink and they were refering to the taste. Second reason..#4

The first mix I made left such a bad taste/feeling in my stomach, that this one didn't make it any better. I actually went out at 3 something in the AM to get some wings and fries and that finally helped to get the taste out of my mouth and stomach. #3 continued...

HOWEVER, after thinking it over for a few minutes, I decided to make a fruit only juice of some of my fav.. fruits (pineapple, orange, strawberry, banana and kiwi) it was 'ok' you do taste ALLLL of the vitamins..
I'm ready for the challenge.. I've been juicing two meals per day and I too am less hungry. I think I can make in 10days....Juicing is expensive....I get my fruits and veggies in bulk at a wholesale, so I save a little...I'm excited.....Let's get it... Follow me on Facebook. I just got my juicer and I will start my healthy eating journey this weekend.. Do you find the juice to be "thick".. do you add water to your juice.. I know when you buy juice in the store the first ingredient is water so I thought that would be good to add to "thin it out" if it was really thick... Good luck

I'm a blender and my favourite are green smoothies, I usually throw in spinach, avocado (creaminess and a clean taste) and apple juice (the real stuff lol) and it tastes so goooood, probably not a good idea to go overboard cause those bowel movements will be overboard (something I experienced lol)

I did 100% Kale and I thought I was going to die... lol. That was super concentrated! A good recipe is 1/2 lime, 1/2 apple, a bit of ginger, and the rest kale... it was good and WAY better than 100% kale!

I've been going meatless for the whole month of January. My birthday is on Saturday. I do want to juice but I will wait until my meatless month is over, wait until my juicer comes in, then start. Great idea. I'm going to do it with my sisters.

@Ysheena1 LMBO! yes hunny 'boo boo' is good in this case but it sure is funny! Your plan sounds great. I think fresh juice is great to add to any diet and you get all of the the raw nutrition and more of it! go girl!

I am planning on getting a juicer to start because I recently watched Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead and was inspired. How is the Juiceman juicer working? If it works fine I would rather get that one and pay less than the Breville. I also have a 10 year old son that is on the hefty side so I plan on having him juice one meal a day with me during the week and probably twice on the weekend. This should be very interesting. @Str8curls Wooo! #teamjuicechallenge! My juicer is working just fine. I love it, but I have read a LOT of mixed reviews. I have yet to have a problem. I ALWAYS clean my juice right after I make a juice--while my juice is getting chilled by ice cubes. It helps so it doesn't get clogged and makes life easier for the next time you want to juice. So far I haven't had any problems with my juicer
@imakethislookez05 Yes girl, This might be a great option for you. If you can't buy the juicer and do the challenge at once, I think (if you can) you should buy the juicer and try juicing one meal a day. It's cheaper and you'll still see/feel results
