  • #4 is all the excitement, enthusiasm, and 'scardness' that you have in this video. As well as your result video. When you showed the frontal view, I was like ummm, I only really see a change in the slimness of your face, but when you showed that sideview, I was SOLD!!! LOL. I plan to conquer 2 weeks, but if I can, I may go for 30 days and then get back in the gym to tone. I only need/want to lose 20 pounds. 15 really, but 5 extra to play around with.

  • #3. The crazy part is when I woke up this afternoon, I kid you not, my body felt like I wanted to drink some kind of 'green' juice' OMGosh..I kid you not. I am about to search for some juicing recipes now that consists of chard and/or spinach and some kind of fruit. Needless to say, I think I am going to keep this juicer after all. One reason, I read or watched a video and I remembered a person saying don't give up after your first drink and they were refering to the taste. Second reason..#4

  • #2 minerals and everything else those fruits provide, it was sooo potent, but I didn't want to add water. I was still feeling like I was through, so much so that I washed up everything and planned on taking it back in the morning. The first mix I made left such a bad taste/feeling in my stomach, that this one didn't make it any better. I actually went out at 3 something in the AM to get some wings and fries and that finally helped to get the taste out of my mouth and stomach. #3 continued...

  • OMG! I have to get over to that juice recipe site like quick and in a hurry! I juiced last night and that tasted like SH*TTTT! I tried to drink the it still, but I felt like throwing up. I threw the drink away and I went and gargled and brushed my teeth and tongue. I was soooo through. HOWEVER, after thinking it over for a few minutes, I decided to make a fruit only juice of some of my fav.. fruits (pineapple, orange, strawberry, banana and kiwi) it was 'ok' you do taste ALLLL of the vitamins..

  • I'm ready for the challenge.. I've been juicing two meals per day and I too am less hungry. I think I can make in 10days....Juicing is expensive....I get my fruits and veggies in bulk at a wholesale, so I save a little...I'm excited.....Let's get it... Follow me on Facebook.   • I really want to try this. I'm not sure if I can juice 3 meals a day but I may juice 2 meals a day! I do like this idea for cleansing. I'm joining this journey! Thanx toya!

  • I just got my juicer and I will start my healthy eating journey this weekend.. Do you find the juice to be "thick".. do you add water to your juice.. I know when you buy juice in the store the first ingredient is water so I thought that would be good to add to "thin it out" if it was really thick... Good luck

  • Man, Toya you are so cool for sharing this with us. What the heck? I'm in...But I will be team juice/blend/ sliced raw fruits and veggies....I already follow you Twitter, so Jan 28th- it's on like buttered popcorn!(well not for 10 days...) LOL

  • I'm a blender and my favourite are green smoothies, I usually throw in spinach, avocado (creaminess and a clean taste) and apple juice (the real stuff lol) and it tastes so goooood, probably not a good idea to go overboard cause those bowel movements will be overboard (something I experienced lol)

  • I think I might join you...with my "cheater juice".... haha I just finished eating this entire box of toblerone mini chocolates in 4 days & I....dunno why I did it. bad bad bad....

  • My friend and I are fasting...just fruit n veggies so I am semi joining :) most of my meals will be juicing!

  • I did 100% Kale and I thought I was going to die... lol. That was super concentrated! A good recipe is 1/2 lime, 1/2 apple, a bit of ginger, and the rest kale... it was good and WAY better than 100% kale!

  • Good luck Hun!!!! I normally replace a meal with a fruit smoothie. I have juiced in the past but I would love to incorporate juicing as a replacement meal as well....I just need to gather some funds to get the veggies/fruit..payday coming soon!!

  • I've been going meatless for the whole month of January. My birthday is on Saturday. I do want to juice but I will wait until my meatless month is over, wait until my juicer comes in, then start. Great idea. I'm going to do it with my sisters.

  • I think I'll replace 2 meals with juicing & have either a fruit or veggie salad for the 3rd.. I think I would die if I dont eat at all b/c my days are long.. lol

  • Angel juicer...check. Vitamix...check. Zumba CDs...check. finished pack of Oreos ...check. See you Saturday.

  • Girl. If I wasnt Hypoglycemic I would do it too :( Im so proud of you though. And Im laughing at that bowel movement comment. Honey.... Its amazing what a little "boo boo" can do for you when you can ELIMINATE. And theres NOTHING embarrasing about it. Get it girl!!! I think I may incorporate the juicing challenge in my diet along with lean meats or something. . Thanks so much for this vid.

  • @Ysheena1 LMBO! yes hunny 'boo boo' is good in this case but it sure is funny! Your plan sounds great. I think fresh juice is great to add to any diet and you get all of the the raw nutrition and more of it! go girl!

  • I am planning on getting a juicer to start because I recently watched Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead and was inspired. How is the Juiceman juicer working? If it works fine I would rather get that one and pay less than the Breville. I also have a 10 year old son that is on the hefty side so I plan on having him juice one meal a day with me during the week and probably twice on the weekend. This should be very interesting. GO Team Juice!!

  • @Str8curls Wooo! #teamjuicechallenge! My juicer is working just fine. I love it, but I have read a LOT of mixed reviews. I have yet to have a problem. I ALWAYS clean my juice right after I make a juice--while my juice is getting chilled by ice cubes. It helps so it doesn't get clogged and makes life easier for the next time you want to juice. So far I haven't had any problems with my juicer

  • If my money is str8..I will be joining you...I was told yesterday that I have Adrenal Burnout and should do a detox so this will be fun...Good luck

  • @imakethislookez05 Yes girl, This might be a great option for you. If you can't buy the juicer and do the challenge at once, I think (if you can) you should buy the juicer and try juicing one meal a day. It's cheaper and you'll still see/feel results

  • @AFRICANEXPORT Yes! Girl, I'm about to shed this Holiday weight and work on getting sexy for my bikini as well as get healthy so I can live longer. I feel motivated and I'm SO glad you are planning on doing it too. LOL @ zumba--girl classes are expensive! I am doing just fine with my downloaded version for now. Lots of people say the first 3 or 4 days are the worst, but we can do it. Long distance thinking. LETS GO!!

  • I want to try a modified juice challenge.... I have 5 kids so juicing all three meals isnt in the cards but ill probably juice two meals and just eat a healthy dinner
