@LambentDrone It's a false positive. The anti-virus application sees one of our files (resourceupdate.dll) as a trojan when in fact it's the file we use to refresh the icons so we can skin them. You'll need to redownload the installers with your AV off and install Hyperdesk. You can turn your AV back on after you've installed Hyperdesk. Should work fine then.

@Kinny4421 if you open the Hyperdesk program icon which you installed it with, you will also find a Restore Windows 7, click it and you'll be back on fresh-installed theme

@Opadome Because you needed to restore it back to Windows via Hyperdesk. Just uninstalling it won't change things back.

But when i start up my computer, i have the default start button for about 10 seconds before it switches to Subspace's start button and it pisses me off :P Also did you ever considered a white and a purple version? That would be awesome :)

@Opadome That thing with the start button delay happens with all of their themes.and it's the reason why i'm not using them anymore!also the theme doesn't apply to the virtual cd-dvd so you have two different icons.if you find a fix let us know!

@yony120 Make sure you doesn't have the wrong version, there is 32bit and 64bit, if you have the wrong version then it doesn't change.

I am using the right version. Apparently, it works when my Windows Display Language is set to English, but not when it's set to Hebrew. Maybe it doesn't work with Right-to-Left Windows languages.

How to resize desktop icons? Click on one icon on desktop, hold ctrl and use mouse wheel to get desired size of icons, then just delete the ones you dont want, or replace exsisting ones.

@HyperdeskVideos Eyefinity is what ATI calls a single desktop extended over one or more displays (this means that you can play video games over multiple monitors seamlessly), as opposed to the standard windows extended desktop, which only lets you play on one and will black out the others (as that's technically one desktop per display).

@LabtootsDhacker It uses Microsoft's theming engine so no. Only when the app is open does it use RAM. But you only have that open to set the theme elements. Once you close it, it uses hardly any RAM at all.

@machyr: It uses the same theming engine that Microsoft uses. So it should be fine. And after you apply the theme and close the application itself, it uses next to no memory.
