I got a 32G version of this. I tested it by putting some AVI files on there and it worked fine. Now whenever I add music or video and try to play any new files it says "file does not exist". I can't seem to find a manufacturer contact or anyplace to get a hold of for support. Can anyone help?

@glitch1031 I have the exact same problem, I find that if you keep trying that some of the files or all will appear, but just letting you know that when you go to add more music to it, you will have to remove the previously stored songs.

@mexicana559 I find it easier to use windows media player to add music to the device. just use the sync option in the top right corner, at first the transfers will not take but if you keep at it you will eventually have all the songs you want.

heres a warning though, you'll notice that after awhile, your space will begin to dimish. the more you remove songs and replace em, the more space will be use by phantom files.
