It's Veteran Ranger combat armor. You can get it from killing Ranger Vets, or get an untagged (non-NCR) version in Honest Hearts. Or just, y'know, download the mod to untag it.
fk... idk how or why but lost all my weapons at that mission, when took a fair machete fight with benny, after i won, all i got at the weapons were 2 machetes and maria.
those weapons arent anywhere near the arena or caesars tent i suppose? need them back real bad...

I'll possibly buy Fallout New Vegas on the computer. A question although, do mods and the likes extremely improve gameplay :)?
