  • I find thinking of banging someone and that motion gets my hips giving the proper drive on the way up if my chest is out properly & I'm sitting back and not leaning forward.

  • Good to hear. Better to do a lighter weight and get the form right. I had bad form for over a year, untill i found a really good KB instructor. Keep up the hard work.

  • @ridk19 so could you do that with 60kg with bad form then? form wasnt all bad and face it, all thats required for doing the swings is to leave enough space for the kettle bells to swing between the legs and back up again which seems to be what he was doing. besides, its kettle bells...not dumbells which do require strict form for isolating muscle groups.
