I`ve already done a Master League with Totteham Hotspurs and I`ve the Premier League 3x, Champion`s League 3x and the English Cup 3x. I`m bored with my team now. I want to start with another team from a different (Serie A or La Liga) but I want to start with a weak team so I can bring them to glory. Who should I choose? Any reccommendations?
I just wanted to say that I used to be big PES fan. I played several of them over the years. I did not play Fifa for a while because I thought it was really bad (grew up playing fifa btw). Recently I picked up a copy of Fifa 11 for my ps3 and noticed how much it has improved. Everything looks so realistic. Looking at this vid it seems that I am watchin PES 2009. I think Fifa has taken over again.
@Bionabol4o I'd have to disagree with you on some points. I grew up playing Fifa as well, on PS1 and whatnot. Fifa 2000-2002 being particularly brilliant. However, during the PS2/Gamecube/XBOX era, PES ruled. PES 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, those games are classics. When the latest consoles came out, PES turned awful! And because of that, Fifa regained the crown. BUT!!! PES 2011 is a return to form. I've played both, and Fifa 11 is really enjoyable but PES is so much quicker and more fun imo.

Been playing the football videogames since the FIFAs on the PS1 and have loved both series. If you want realistic football, then go out and play it, or go to a real match. Videogames, especially football ones, should be the realm for the ridiculous and just plain fun.
Guys, is everything ok with pes11?I have pc version.When i run the game and i press start when the white screen appears with konami, a message says: there is an error. After, is loading for a while and i can play normal all the sections except online modes. I reinstalled pes11 but doing the same thing with error. What should i do? Help me please!!
When I played PES2011 Online (Just the quick match thingy) all my passes ballsed up, going in totally random places, occasionally going to my players, but my passes whent exactly where my player was facing. This only occurs online, however I haven't played PES2011 since then, Blame Black Ops. (I'm gonna play again soon)

PES needs to go back to what made it different to FIFA in the first place. The speed and flow of the game was awesome. After PES 4 it started to slow down and feel rally clunky. Shame really, it was alot of fun when it was like that.
I got to say that PES is better then fifa in every way with the gameplay (exept the cursor changing system) But whats wrong in online is the money and rating system:
In one D4 cup i got payed 87.000 first when i won then 100.000 when i lost (they had almost same rating). The payout seames random, feels like u get the same money from losing or winning. And the rating, I got the same +rating when i won against D1 player (im D4) as i got from winning against a D5.
Online pes is FUKIN SHIT!!!! I hate it with a vengance. Its all about who has the fastest broadband. I have messi and he cant even turn left, what is he zoolander?? Yet other online players make him dance like a fukin princess. WTF!!!! Never playing it again!!!! EVER!!!!
@redwing800 i played the demo, and i then bought this game. The demo is very different from the real game, from its graphics to its actual game play. Online master league is basically u start with the bad players and get money with every match to improve your team.You can also enter online competitions for money prizes. The prices of players depends on 2 factors, the skill of the player and how many people playing the game buy the player. Thus the more popular a player is the more he costs!

how are transfers onine? from the looks of it you dont buy players or sell them to/from other players but still from the computer system... are you in a league with the same poeple or do you just play your matches online agaist people who are at the same date as you are but the league pponents points are cpu simulations just like in offline?
Animations in fifa is better but the gameplay is a bit arcady. PES animations not as good as fifa but the gameplay I would say is more realistic and the ball physics more similar to real life. The animation in fifa is sooo good that it makes you think fifa is more realistic than PES.
I'm a fifa fan but im gonna get pes in a min lol when i score on fifa its like yay but when i score on pes its more like WHEEEEEYYYY GET IN, its more of a challenge, i think i've grown out of fifa.

@bathtoby03 fair enough to say...I personally don't like fifa but prefer pes. Its graphics are outstanding and i feel more free when it comes to my style of play. That is, if i want to pass there, ill manage. I don't know, maybe i have been playing pes so much back from the early series, that i cant get used to the game play. Although they improved pes is commentary, its nothing like fifa's. Yeah some might say "its just commentary" but it adds so much to the feel of the game.

wow look at all the negativity in these comments - pes 2010 was by anyone's standards a real let down when you think they had a full year at improving on '09. however, i want to make two points:
- the football in '10 may have been scripted beyond belief, but it seriously grew on me the more i played
- at least give konami some credit for introducing some new stuff this year. i fear that it all may be disappointingly executed given their nextgen tradition thus far but at least its a platform

oh, the frustration of the ML default players. No one can really judge the gameplay from this because the players attributes are shocking, though the elimation of ping pong passing is gone, this will make the game so much harder... and annoying at times because we've been spoon fed perfect passes for years now.
Hope there is an option to create or edit a team emblem and strip for online :)

the opponent's mistakes were those:
1.wrong formation
2.he was just playning with O he didnt realise that he should play with X to have safely passing.
3.he was playning alone not passing the ball to his teammates and that made the difference.

Agreed i have mastered fifa aswell and i played pes just today and i couldnt even beat the CPU.

wow look at all the negativity in these comments - pes 2010 was by anyone's standards a real let down when you think they had a full year at improving on '09. however, i want to make two points:
- the football in '10 may have been scripted beyond belief, but it seriously grew on me the more i played
- at least give konami some credit for introducing some new stuff this year. i fear that it all may be disappointingly executed given their nextgen tradition thus far but at least its a platform

@VIP2GAMING hi i got aa question, ive been a pes fan for a while now though on ps3 they started getting stupid and i ran to fifa....but ml was always sumfin that brought me back, wanted to find out if in master league u still get those ml fictional players, the good ones like schwarz palmieri orellano kaizer wiart etc....not the garbage ones like minanda and valeny though, thx a lot

oh, the frustration of the ML default players. No one can really judge the gameplay from this because the players attributes are shocking, though the elimation of ping pong passing is gone, this will make the game so much harder... and annoying at times because we've been spoon fed perfect passes for years now.
Hope there is an option to create or edit a team emblem and strip for online :)
