@TheCaryeHoy You dont know how lucky you are! Its hard enough getting a .22lr here! £50 for a FireArmCertificate application and then you have to send that off and once the police have got it they have to interview you and all sorts! And then you can buy a gun! And you cant have loads either. You have to have 'slots' on your FAC for each caliber you want! Thanks for commenting, M-
@TheCaryeHoy Haha, i dont have this anymore but yeah, new, they are pretty pricey. Thats the trouble with the UK.. we can only have semi auto rifles in .22!

hi mate id go for a pump not a divers bottle you have to service them every year or so my stuurup pump has done me well but personly go for 4 stage mines 3 stage and its a struggle to get the last 20 bar in!
@TheYoungAirGunner I got a bottle in the end. and every 5 years isnt too bad. I was looking for a pump but being the same price and people saying how they can let moisture into the gun i went for a bottle. Plus the gun shop only sell bottles :)

@themunster Well its been having problems, it wont fill properly so its in the shop! When i first got it it was near enough fulll and i got almost a tin full (thats 500 shots) !
@MdashMUNIT wont charge? damn, probably needs stripping down, going by the serial number i think your gun has the same internals as mine (they've changed it a few times) and apperently they are very sensitive to dust. Which is why you should always fill them with breathing quality air.
@themunster Yeahh well even when the guy in the shop filled it for me before i bought a tank he couldnt get it to go any higher than 110 bar and now its less. Anyway i hope they sort it becuase its really a top gun.
@MdashMUNIT Good luck sorting it, head over to the daystates owners club if you're really stuck, talking about stripping them down is a bit taboo on a public forum as there are idiots as I'm sure you know who would use the info to turn the power up! But there are a lot of smart people there, helped me when I had problems with my grouping due to a badly seated barrel.
@themunster Thanks mate, yeah im on there :) They are a helpfull bunch :) Yeah my shroud was loose and that worried me, took it into the shop and they just simply tightened up the tiny allen key bolt. They said it comes loose deliberatly :S
its either 190 or 200 bar ide suggest going to another gun shop say nothing and ask them to fill the gun for you. it may just be the onboard guage is dodgy but you are not supposed to use that to fill the gun.have you tried filling it from a friends bottle or pump ? it cannot stop at 110 umless it has a catastrophic failure at this pressure, there is just no way to stop it going up and up till the gun explodes. use a friends pump and ignore the guage on the rifle.
Not very well informed but nice and clear and all together not to bad a review for a first timer to pcp.s. Tho only reason it will not fill past 110 bar is if the bottle your filling from is at 110 bar once it equalizes your stuffed i would not go back to an s410 after that rifle if i were you .And ye defiinatly a bottle on a .177 im 17 stone and i struggle with the pump on a cylinder gun on a bottle gun it would take me 3 sessions lol. cheers for posting.
@lyndon2472 hey, yeah i didnt really know too much about the gun and the procces of pre-charged air rifles, and i have been told that it could be the divers tank, but why would the shop sell me an empty tank!? The daystate is too much gun for me. im taking it to the shop soon anyway so ill see what happens!

just got a new bottle delivered empty its the way they are delivered . i cant believe your gun shop is not telling you this name and shame them !.Just to clarify im a gunsmith and have worked for 4 shops in my time. ide buy the gun myself but i have plans to import a 43ft lb evanix monster (feel free to look that up ) if you lived anyplace near wales ide check it for you . lyn.

The shop is great with shotguns in my and my dads experience but i dont know why they can sell these airrifles if they cant sell them in working order! well or the bottle

Just got the same one but only in 40ftlb fac model and funny i got that same scope got the scope real cheap was gona get something rounds the £200 mark. got mine rifle for £ 500 very very cheap

Also a very good range and farm shoot is at the farm two fields from me so it wont take me long to get there! plenty of plinking to be done

@TheYoungAirGunner I got a bottle in the end. and every 5 years isnt too bad. I was looking for a pump but being the same price and people saying how they can let moisture into the gun i went for a bottle. Plus the gun shop only sell bottles :)

nice gun there and a nice price still after my first pcp. could of had one the week before i moved to the states but here i can actually have a real gun without the hassle of paper work. now i can purchase a FAC one with no issue just finding a nice is a problem aint crap for them over here.

Had one for a few years now, great bit of kit. How many shots are you getting per fill?
I have the .22 with a 500cc bottle and I get nearly 200 more than the book tells me I should.
