@Tigerstar0405 LOL, I remember that but only because of your comment. I immediately thought of the cute lady that was cutting my hair not too long ago (she was probably in her late 20s and I am 18 but she wasn't very curvy..so 'cute' fits) and she looked Middle Eastern. Then my music class that was a world music class (ethnomusicology) came to mind.
@SuperSheo It could of been recorded then the effects added with a Sequencer or Audio Programme afterwards or live with the previous two mentioned or an effects pedal, or effects box with delay/reverb setting, even generic guitar amps have this function. From what it sounded like - I think the player was hearing the effects rather than them being added in later. Really love the sound of the sitar.
@zioband How many times did I dream I was in a plane, going to Italy! Each time, telling myself: ''Wow! This time it's for real!! It's not just a dream!!''
I'm not Indian, but a very nice and pretty Indian girl from my school and I were talking, she told me about the sitar and Indian music. Its very nice.
@kittylicker013 I have never liked taking medicine and still do not ( I am 18 years old). You need to live healthy to be healthy, it is very simple. Nutrition, exercise for the mind, body and spirit, love, family, friends, socializing. music, nature, etc. All this brings bliss and good health.

Good music bro. 40 seconds into hearing this i had to smoke. This is now my #1 song to get high to. After i post this comment, expect me to reset this song and tock up again.
@ortega9998 Indian music truly provides a wonderful experience while smoking, or indeed while not smoking. Enjoy yourself. I recommend to you the Beatles track, "Within You Without You" or anything by Ravi Shankar.
@ortega9998 agreed... i heard this for the first time when i was blazed out of my mind... incredible... i listened to it for like an hour straight... i only stopped cuz i forgot to hit replay again hahaha
The way this Sitar playing is in this piece is almost like the Persian Tar in the Bayat-eh Tork Dastgah even with some background chanting. Good job!
Ocean is where life first arose on this planet, it is vast and encompassing, old and knowing. Dogmas and fundamentalism, ignorance, and dark ideologies will dissolve in its cleansing soul.

String instruments travel freely up and down continents and island hop carry the universal love for life and joy. Sitar ended up horizontal by the time it arrived in Japan and turned into a Koto with 13 strings. If there was a visible wall, whether it be religious, economic, political, ethnic, they will eventually all come down. The longing to fusion sounds and rhythm can not be stopped. Through the universal language, we are forever and ever ONE. Love you, freezinghand and Christian Tatonetti.
it starts off slow at first then becomes very fast and amasing! :P go with the music! anyone want to tell me why the first sentence doesnt soud right? :D

wow thank you so much. just the other day i had an extrordanary trip under the influence of salvia and i put on this vidio. And in my trip i was a shaman that had the world passing by me in streams of energy that were accually vivid and real.It was as if i controled the energy of the world in the palm of my hands, all the intellegence in the world passed through my mind and i was one with all that once was and all that now is.In the end my body,my soul,my life went with the steam and i woke.
This is absolutely DIVINE. I'm currently trying to get an important term paper done whilst also going through a lot of relationship-inspired emotional issues and damn has it all been wearing on me, my resolve and everything ... this is like inspirational, gives me hope that I'll live through everything and be a new person once the struggle is over. And right now I need all the help I can get through it ... I'm really glad I found this. Amazing how much effect music can have on the psyche, eh?
As from the perspective of a seagull, gently flying over the oceans great vastness, only faintly touched by the world, experiencing the great oneness with peace and purity.
Not only is this peaceful, but it also feels rather enlightening. I feel as if I know so much more about myself after listening to this. Thanks and great playing!

Medication after medication cannot calm my destructive nature.
But I started listening to this when I feel the anger... I feel like I can feel the natural energy of the universe connecting me to all other things.
It all slowly fades away. The anger is replaced with self appreciating calm.
