i remember driving home from that from hunting around the forks area in about 100 mile per hour winds, was a VERY memorable drive back and seeing this on the news right when i got back in to my granparents house

The WSDOT videos are not streaming videos, they are regular old AVI format files. When you view a video on the WSDOT site you can right click the video and choose to save it to your local hard drive.
