@ianz140273 it doesn't "need" de-interlacing as it doesn't detract from the overall video, but he/she is right. Check out the bits of the video with rapid movement, you can clearly see the interlacing effect.

Try to look as poor as you can to avoid being assaulted..." Beware there is rampant, serious and vicious crime in this city.

Next time you record a video like this, make sure to purchase a high quality DVD+R. Or else, buy a new video recorder - that's the ultimate problem, most probably...
