Yeah, it's just an OVA, not a full series. Basically, it's about, Eiri, who is the reincarnation of a painter who was infatuated with Cossette and killed her while she was still "perfect" (innocent). Now her spirit is getting revenge on Eiri.

It LITERALLY means "You look good enough to eat Cossette".

La Portrait of Petit Cossette is one of the quintessential "Gothic Loli" anime out there. If you like Moon Phase or Rozen Maiden, I'd definitely suggest Cossette.
