i like how all these training videos show restaurants with one or two tables with customers.. and not a full restaurant with an hour long wait while 3 of your staff are out sick.. i'd love to see the makers of this video do what they tell you in this video in that situation.
what do you do in that situation to be the perfect server? the answer, not slowly take your time with each order cause while you are doing that your other tables want drink refills, deserts, 'fresher' bread,more napkins

Please find out what the 5th and 6th peoples comments are and tell the chef right away and let me know if they seem upset. We're down one strike at that table already so we must be flawless. They mustn't wait or want for anything.
