Hey, I have this bike so I see why you have that band thing around the metal part of the brake cable. It looks better and stops it from banging the bars better if you use black electrical tape.

good bike i own one, but the bars fucking suck. i bent them on a fkn 180, i know probably a hard landing but it wasnt even! i suggest changing the bars. im ordering animal bars, grips, sprocket and seat post when i get the money :)

if you wana get rid of the crank acting funny dont buy it already assembled from a store and if you do deassemble the crank and put it abck together yourself, if its missing any parts like the watcha ma call it the thing that sits between the bearings then you can actually goto the store and they have to give it to you and make sure the chain isnt TO tight cuase that will cuase stress in the bearing and cuase them to start breaking which could be the source of the noise

its a good bike i paid 380 for the additional warranty and tax and shit but the bike alon was 330 at where i bought it but if u r lookin for a new bike i think the eastern cobra is a better bike its a 25/9 gearing and its 50$ cheaper then the kink launch my brother has it and i personally like it better plus its lighter i hope this helps

its very good bike i recomend it...... when u first get it it might make a knock noise from the cranks but its jusst the point of braking it in... u might also want to stiffen the brake =s... but very good biike but the grips are bad out of 10 ill give it 9 cuz of the grip[s
