My thoughts are with those affected. I have my joinery workshop down at Cupar Trading estate where I was flooded 5 times in 4 months in 2008, and 1 year later I am flooded again.

There was over 32mm of rain fell in four hours and the burn that ran underneath the car park couldnt cope and flooded over.
