@Jgomez93FIU I'm from Alabama living in Seattle, and this song hits on some familiar notes for me. Just because we are from the South doesn't mean we are all racist and stupid. Ignorance is a world problem. Everyone likes to give it a southern accent just to make it acceptable some how. We are all in this together. We are just like you, but because of the stereotypes it seems we have to struggle harder. It gets tiring breaking stereotypes and constantly having to prove yourself.
