Comparison Comparison. Yela this Yela that....Lyrical content don't seem to mean shit anymore. I thought hiphop was about REAL LIFE SHIT? All you idiots want now is a catchy hook and beat. Could give a fuck if all the whole tracks lyrical content is nuttin but N-bombs and buyin the bar in the club. Yela can't be compared to shit, Fuck any beat he's on listen to his words. Alabama should be proud and everyone else should be thankful that hip hop is still alive in artist's out there.
It's unbelievable how many idots are on here comparing this beat to Aston Martin Music
& fell to realize how amazing of good track & great song this is.Mannn! I tell u some ppl just don't have an ear for good music; they wouldn't know good music if theire lives depended on it.
@GODSGIFT2780 lol... listen to eminem "syllables" people pay more attention to the beats these days than the lyrics. The kids bitchin probably don't even know what the song is about lol. The 2nd and 3rd verse of this song are hardcore.
I think if you listen really carefully you can make it out as "Feel as high..." If you think about it, that makes more sense with the following line than "you" or "we're".
Lyric corrections: "Another old name"=Another old man(Bama pronounciation = mane/main); "?? left ?? "= Left him in the South..; "?? shifting ?? six-pack"=just a six-pack; "Across the Georgia line"=Cross[es] the Georgia line; "food stamp, ??"=food stamp office and apply til you find a job that'll help you get by
People need to stop caring about the beat and how it sounds like aston martin music. (btw it's because of the beginning) Read the last verse from yelawolf. That's some real shit right there. I dont know if theres a better song out there. Perfect beat. meaningful lyrics. insane flow. catchy hook. what more can someone ask for in a rap song?
@Jgomez93FIU I'm from Alabama living in Seattle, and this song hits on some familiar notes for me. Just because we are from the South doesn't mean we are all racist and stupid. Ignorance is a world problem. Everyone likes to give it a southern accent just to make it acceptable some how. We are all in this together. We are just like you, but because of the stereotypes it seems we have to struggle harder. It gets tiring breaking stereotypes and constantly having to prove yourself.
@angelatomate324 FAME was a dope beat Jeezy used by Justice League they dont really sound the same they do kinda give you the same feeling tho i donno i like the beats they make tho.
TELL ME HIS SINGING ON THIS DOESNT SOUND EXXACCCTTTLLYYY LIKE LUPE FIASCO'S VERSE ON "SUPERSTAR" at 3:00minutes. GO LISTEN TO IT.

I maybe wrong. Some other sources say it's "Feel as high as the moon". Sounds like "We're" to me though.

Oh and "You as high as the moon"=We're as high as the moon (hence, her saying "When you are here with me"...as in we)
