The Monkees tour hit Baltimore late, so we got her instead of Jimi Hendrix. Or maybe only her, if both she and Jimi were on the bill together at first.
For anyone that didnt know Lynne ~ It wasnt 2005 that she passed away, and it wasnt from a drug habit. YouTube get it right please . . . 'glenlyons98' posted the "facts" incorrectly but surely Youtube should check them before they post them. Miss you always Lynnie, I know you're still with us x
@carldna She didn't die of a drug habit, in the sense of 'dying from an overdose', but her use of 'diet pills' for 40 years caused some of her organs to eventually shut down...
Unfortunately, her addiction came about innocently, which is how things often were back then...such a shame she paid the price for the rest of her life.
How good is she, all of 16 years old in this clip, being born 1950 ! What an amazing voice at such a young age. R.I.P. Lynne

I've corrected the mistake about Lynne's death - it was 2007. My other statement, if you r read it carefully, is correct.
