Because Schafer realize that Dios voice wouldnt match to the evel guy, Devicules (don't know if this is writen right). Or they would have modify Dio's voice, what would have been big shit, in my opinion. So Tim Schafer took Tim Carry for the charakter.

But anyway, we have JB, Ozzy, Halford, Kilmister and many other great people in the game. So don't be so disappointed. I wouldve been fu**** awesome with Dio but, we cant change now how it become, right?
