The supervisor never even turned up&she hd to tlk to sum1 frm Human Resources..soo dumb! Stupid cunt..I hope sum1 comes in to hr work & is just as annoying!

Then it looks bad on the rep's part when you have to call over a manager because someone couldn't get their way like a spoiled child raised by a 19 year old.
In North America cashiers are the ones who get picked on by rude customers and if they say something back, they might get fired. However in Russia all customers are afraid of cashiers.

As common sense goes, all customers are different when it comes to bagging. Some prefer their drinks in bags, while others do not. So I asked the woman "Would you like your sodas in bags?" Her response was "How else do you expect me to carry them?" like a beach! So I just told her "I was just asking. Everyone is different with bagging."
@auralstream But even BEFORE I was a cashier I would always answer "Yes please" or "No thank you" when asked if I wanted a bag from a cashier. I would never talk down to them by asking "How else to you expect me to carry it?" when I managed to bring everything to the register in a shopping cart without a problem. I almost wanted to say this to the woman, but obviously I can't because I'd get fired. So I just smiled and killed her with kindness by being extra polite.

Finally I started working drive thru and I could not believe the NERVE of some people. Haha but my boss likes me on drive thru so I have no choice =(

My parents ripped him up one side and down the other about losing his job; but he assured he would find new employment. When I asked him later that night how he was doing, he said he should have beaten down the customer much sooner. That was 15 years ago and he still has no regrets.
