Wow, I use this thing that is like a handi-wipe, it is a reusable paper towel thing. I've had the same set for years. I wash out and they dry quickly or I toss in the wash. Ouch with the paper towel use.

the best way to drain tofu is to let it sit on a plate or in a strainer until you can get rid of the water. don't need to waste loads of paper towel..
