I elaborate on Bill Maher's jab at school abstinence programs, and say that the state really has no Constitutional right to intrude upon a private affair. I would say that the liberal love-hate relationship with state education system has very much been the vouchsafe for the state meddling in the private, e.g., sex and anti-drug education-or more accurately state propagadizing efforts. The encroachment of the state, in so much of the traditionally private, is engendered by do-gooders meddlers.
