One of the most romantic movie scenes is when Ann Blyth sings this song to Mario Lanza in The Great Caruso. She has previously told him that she doesn't sing, but as they are walzing she sings this to him at his surprise birthday party, and the look on his face is stunning. He tells her that she has a lovely voice (which she does) and she tells him that she has been practicing so that she can sing to her baby; her way of telling him that he's going to be a father. Enchanting moment!
