if you are going to use to glue in extensions you should use pre bonded extensions. or put the row of hair of the top of the sections not on your scalp as it will hurt and may even rip your skin when you take them off. and also use removal oil and it will make it easier and wont hurt as much to take them out.

it costs bout $5 for the remover t Sally's beauty supplies. I wear extensions everyday that are glued in, and I use a speacial cream oil to remove, then shampoo tht costs $4 for afterwards thats made just for removing hte bond, the I comb thru with a fine tooth comb to remove the excess, it doesnt hurt or remove any of my natural hair, and takes about 10 minutes or less to do

I don't recomend glue for everyone but as long as you take care of your hair and remove them properly, how you are, then it's ok. It seems the guy and girl in this video don't know much about extensions. She should have had hers sewn in or done with the aluminum ring fusion method.
