@badkitty352 Thank you :D To get the sugary effect, I coated the items in an thin layer of liquid clay and then dipped it into clear craft sand before it got baked :)

@funnystar16 Chocolate colored clay and translucent liquid sculpey. Just mix the two until it turns into a frosting like consistency ;D

@PeaceLoveBrownDog Hi, all you need to do to make gummy bears is, take a real gummy and freeze it until it is rock hard, then press it into some mold maker. After your mold is made you can use it to make many bears. To make them sugary, coat the outside with liquid polymer clay and then dip it into sand. The sand is okay to be baked. any questions let me know :)

How did you put the sugar coating thing on the gummy bears and lollipops?

@10998eureka You can either put liquid clay on the outside your un-baked items and then dip them in sand then bake Or, you can take an already baked clay item and then coat it with glaze and then dip in sand. I've found that both ways work just fine :) I would suggest that after whatever method you chose, you should add a coat of glaze to the ouside of the sandy item...that will keep the sand from falling off a bit better :)
