true some people care more about animals than humans, like me. people have the choice to do what they want they can stop from being hit and abused. animals cant. and if animals die of abuse and neglect why dont the people who inflict it deserve the same?

Rodeos and bull fights will always be a contention for animal abuse. Yes, our cowboy was almost completely inept in his attemp to control his steer, yes he became creul in his frustration... all that is obvious.

But really look at the steer folks, you'll see an animal that is about 100-150 lbs underwieght. Why are they starving them?

From what I've seen, not a helluva lot of water is provided to these critters in the time before their wonderful fun. Less watery stressed diarrhea, I would guess. That cowboy and his horse (REALLY NICE HORSE!) looked well-fed. I'd hate to be that horse, though. Fits of temper often lead to the horse taking the blame.

Rope should have been taken out of eyes... hands down bad on the cowboy's part. But jerking the rope off the horn was a lot more necessity than anger... when it gets good and wrapped it can be pretty hard to get off. it wouldn't surprise me if he was a bit upset though... he most certainly lost because of his poor work and as a result, he may not get to eat... these people are rarely "spoiled", they generally can barely survive.

I know it! I sure haven't seen any.

The only activities I like are cutting and reining, which is more about the performance of the horse and rider. Reining could be dangerous if the horse is not conditioned properly (for sliding and such) or is started too young. In cutting the worst case scenario is a confused cow.

But all this throwing animals around crap discusts me!
