Basically, this is a sketch from a nineties comedy called the Fast Show. Ted and Ralph were the two most popular characters on the show. Ralph's a rich country squire who falls in love with his gardener, Ted. They were such a popular segment that they had a feature length TV movie made, which then got released onto DVD. This sketch, which was made specifically for charity and not on any of the Fast Show DVDs, is on the Ted and Ralph one.
