The practice is HARD. unlike the sports that you listed in color guard you have to be COMPLEATLY physicaly fit and have a hell of a lot of endurence. its hard, demanding, and has alot of bleeding.i kno all sports are like that but...idk. id like to see the football team throwing a rifle up, doing the splits, and catching the rifle perfectlly.

First- If your uncoordinated enough to hit yourself in the head with the rifle, then colorguard is the RIGHT activity for you.

Second- Have you gotten hit in the head with a rifle? Because last time I checked, "streaches" is not a word.

Finally- Search on YouTube, colorguard injuries, tell me how many you find. Then search for lacrosse and football injuries. The second search might take a little longer.
