Goldman to be fair should never have accepted the bailout money, they paid it all back in about 6 months ($10bn) as they didn't even need it, then no-one would be able to whine.

these 4 banks have 190 Trillion in derivative
contracts (from the governments OCC most recent quarterly report) - - meaning they are completely and totally insolvent.
must audit, then end the fed before they
transfer the entire wealth of the USA into
their complete control.
we are only one more "bailout" away from this disaster.

they would only replace him with someone else who is less obviously a team player, but still a team player. the point is that GS does not haveany specific influence (more than JP Morgan),this is just how the fed operates. its a private bank that controls everything through a few select private banks and GS is one of these.
this bigger disaster is unavoidable, even by design and will result in a one world economy and government. specifically, there will be 7 economic regions and 10 kings.

Taibbi's new one is up at the rollingstone site, outlining how paulson and GS are behind the naked short selling takedown of Bear and Lehman. now this. the SEC is a fucking joke. glass steagall is repealed, so there is no incentive for banks to loan to americans, they would rather use your money to speculate on distressed assets and a new commodities bubble. I can only conclude that congress and the white house have already capitulated to this financial coup. the die is cast.
