  • @Umberella0021 As I understand it, you can see stars when out in space but the light is so faint that it isn't picked up on camera. You would be able to speak and hear in the ISS because there is an atmosphere. Sound is basically vibrations traveling through the air.

  • l'homme peut être aussi minable qu'il peut être extraordinaire.

    Igloo.

  • why arnt there stars and nice colours i see on space pictures around our earth when you look from space, and can you speak and hear inside the ISS?

  • @Umbrella0021 The nice colors you see on space pictures are because space telescopes use an exposure time of several minutes to several days. A camera roughly 1/30th of a second.

  • OMG this is like magic

    Lol..

  • May i watch in High Definition?

  • I just (2 hours ago) came back from the ESA space museum in Norewijk, NL. There they have a full-scale Columbus and Zwezda module mated together that you can go into and have a look. Even has the Cupola. It's dead cool to go inside and get an idea of the dimensions and a first-hand look. Recommended.

  • I was fortunate enough to see Columbus at the Kennedy Space Center prior to it's launch. The ESA should feel very proud.

  • Oh well, with the things they've done recently and the plans they have for the future, Europe is begining to get somewhere, slowly but surely in space!

  • yeah.. Comhgháirdeachas ESA.

    that was absolutely beautiful

  • Congratulation ESA!
