I'm not sure a Van Roon is in MY future, but just working them on tumble trak I am wondering: do you think of it as a front full and then a roll? Or a barani and then arabian dive roll. I used to think of it like a barani first, but am starting to get lost both ways =/
Excelent!! Congratulations!!!

@fcafreak The Tong Fei (a.k.a. butterfly twist)? Lots of practice. If you're interested, I have a couple slow motion videos of it on my channel.

Only a little hop on that front full, those are some serious sticks.
That front 1 and 3 was SCREAMING for a double tuck.

@bboyagua Yeah, that floor was pretty bouncy. Next year I definitely am going to be working on that. I want to learn a Van Roon too.

@bboyagua I would definitely work it as a front full to a roll out.
