@laurenblack58 ALL wonder mail codes let you recruit Pokemon at level one. There's no way to change that. Levelling them up is simple in the later dungeons; just bring a strong Pokemon to beat all the enemies and get EXP.

as soon, as u start you obviously get the main menu right. click wondermail, then click receive, then choose, password. After that u just type in the password.
