The Grim Reaper doesn't appear when a sim gets eaten by a Cowplant, I don't know why, it just doesn't happen in the game. Maybe because Grim only shows up when it needs to take a sim away but in this case it's already gone.
You should totally do a series, "and in this episode of Cowplant babysitters we meet another unfortunate victim to meet the holy Cowplant him/herself!"

@theYTPmaster100 they can...it can eat them 2 if u press "get cake" or something when it has the cake in its mouth and maybe it will eat u. it dint work everytime tho.
