Most of the members of the band dint talk to him the 2 years before his death and the only time it's known he went out was when his niece was born other than that he had drugs brought to him in hos gated apartment complex so to not hear from him for two weeks probably wasn't abnormal you know?

@SatanicalEve Agreed, Kurt Cobain had difficulty playing simple chords, Pat Smears was brought in to basically fill that gap.
I honestly don't want to say anything negative because AIC and Nirvana were some of my earliest memory's of actually enjoying music, but you'd be a fool not to admit that Cobains debilitating heroin addiction affected his playing.

Kurt never had the greatest voice but the way he expressed emotions through his voice was beyond anyone, you could feel the pain, Layne did a good job at that also, Kurt would be backup vocals the guitarist next to jimi who would be lead and dime would be watching.
