  • @vickylovesgevo Well, this will help you lose weight BUT you have to eat correctly though, even though you may get a higher metabolism you still need to eat right, and good for you! combining videos will DEFINATLY help you

  • hi. m very keen to lern this.the first part was easy. rib slides sideways are difficult..plz tell me which muscle to contract.do we have to tighten the abdominals while doing any of theses movements.

  • Hahaha everytime I move, my joints popping! They have to smile even if it's fake otherwise viewers would probably reluctant to try. This moves is already scary as it seems. I do this every morning then drink a lots of water before I eat breakfast and eat slow. Then I do their "Part Burning Fat" every afternoon before I eat supper. Then I weigh myself every morning before I drink or eat anything. Try it, you will be amazed how fast you lose weight.

  • i am 29 yrs old with two kids , i love dancing and i am already starting to work this excercise a week while my husband not here around me hehe , i love to do this things too even it hurts but after the excercise our will feel better :) and we can dance already the belly dance , not really good shimmery as the are but as we can then we just try to practice more and more :)

    so goodluck to all of us who like this warm up or dance .

  • rib slide is crazy! can't do it!

  • @MsPurplification Rib slide can be pretty tricky but what might make it easier is if you take one hand and push your chest from side to side. or, if your hips are moving with the slide, put your hands on your hips. might help to keep them still. also, the more you bend your knees the easier the move becomes.

  • @iamaprinces1990 It looks a lot like one I do. You put your hair up in a ponytail, but not too low. And then you take a clip and clip your ponytail, but try to make sure the end of the clip is over the ponytail. Then let your ponytail just fall. I'm sorry if I made it sound complicated.

  • @xxthedinosaurxx that happens if you haven't done this before or at least in awhile. It helps to stretch a lot more, and if you keep your pelvis tucked, it lessens the strain on your lower back. Instead of having your butt stick out, tilt your pelvis downward a little to keep your hips level. It helps a lot with the back strain.

  • @111Vanilla111 When you perform, you are taught to smile the entire time! It's because if you are frowning or making weird or ugly facial expressions it can make the dancing look bad. At least that is what I was told when I was in dance class as a child.

We tend to OVER think d whole exercise & weight thing. But a 'tard would just keep at it everyday cuz he doesn't know other things to do cuz he is too retarded. But HE GETS IN SHAPE!!! Why? Cuz he STAYS at it. Like Ground Hog Day w/Bill Murray. Only God keeps giving us a chance to be Fit :) Kisses

And we just did it about 4 times... WOW! The next day, I was a hurtin unit... Yes! This works ladies! And gentlemen. Go Ahead...Stand up & follow them. I do. That's why my back is out today! And U DO Feel nausea at times from less food, But this passes in 2 minutes. It is CUTTING back food that makes one lose weight.     A little bit of exercise is better than Nothing.

    Just keep pushing Urself.

    Walking up Stairs is the best. (I personally hate this one cuz it is hard on my poor knees)

  • Your boobs are supposed to shake ;) They are wearing sports bras so that helps the shaking. But shaking is good lol

    The Shoulder Pop thing? No that's easy just old you arm out then try and more only your shoulder bone.Practice it you'll get it eventually.

  • i think there tops seem to be like sport bras or maybe there tops are very tight so maybe thats why there breast arent moving to much actually no homo but in part 1 when they were close up i was thinking that there boobs r pretty big for being so small bodys. U know? lol so thats why im thinking there breast arent moving on the shoulder shimmy.Cause i have medium size breast an they moved alot also an there breast are defin bigger than mine. haha ok im done.

  • i never made their weight an issue i follow all their videos, but i would have to say they are on the skinny side prolly the lowest acceptable weight they are almost petite, petite women look bigger more easily than regular size women so if they look balanced it's cus of that ,anyways they taught me most of what i know of dance so i am grateful they made it easy..

  • Shoulders tend to hurt and you can be doing it right but if it feels like your straining yourself you might want to find try doing the shoulders softer and don't over work yourself. And it doesn't matter how big your breast size is to do a shoulder shimmy. But it is natural for your breast to shake during a shoulder shimmy, you just can't help that.

  • ive danced for many years and this is really not too different from your basic dance warmup with all the isolations. it really is great exercise but seriously, how in the hell are their breasts not moving more with all that shimming? mine are a movin, lol
