Harpos is always the most intense place to see a metal show at. Smells like stagnant beer, vomit, piss, and sweat. MASSIVE amounts of sweat. The air gets so thick with body heat your literally choking on it... Almost got stabbed coming out of there the last time I went too. Just a crazy fuckin place.
This was a great show. I think I was fourteen or fifteen. It was crazy there, took a garbage can to the back of the head, that place went nuts that night. That place is pretty much always nuts though. It's too bad there is not that many good shows there anymore. Best place to see a show.

For one thing, the front of the pit was a 10 foot wall, so unless you're 15 feet tall, or are a giraffe, you indeed would not be able to see well. Sure you could see, but just their feet.
Another thing...Even if you were really there you would know that the entire floor was a pit, especially the front, so good luck looking up, as you were probably looking around trying not to catch an elbow in the face like the rest of us. I'm sure with your attitude, that wouldn't ever be a problem for you...
