I read this mans book for the first time 14 years ago - so simple a Child could read and understand it - it totaly blew me away then and I have re-read it over and over. Its an amazing book. The man just oozes love, tolerance, respect and "J'aime La Vie" Thoroughly recommend it.
This is by Robert Fulghum who is an author. Its from his book " all i really need to know i learned in Kindergarten" he is a wonderful down to earth Human being. i recommend reading all his books.
Thanks for the video, I had never heard of this poem before. Very nice thoughts to think of, but you would think that a poem about Kindergarten would use easier words than "extrapolate". :)
I've never heard his before. Then again, I was home schooled up to my junior year in h.s. before I finally went to private and then to public school. Interesting!

I love this poem! If only some of us could take a step back and realize that this is in fact, is quite true!

I yearn for the days when I had time to take a short nap after a snack. Of course, I didn't appreciate it back then and wanted to be up an doing.

Been a while since I read it. Wise thoughts & makes me feel old. I actually had Dick & Jane books in school.
