This movie didn't have the visual affects it needed and it was much too slow, the dab part came in the second disc. I was waiting forever for dab to pop up. And when she did, she wasn't all that scary. The story is really scary if you know how to tell it correctly. Unfuntunately, this movie is another failure to capture the full essences of a true Hmong classic.

I liked the movie. This is a classic Hmong tale. The attempt on the story is good. My only complaint is the music. That music drove me nuts. That fairytale music got awesomely annoying. The traditional Hmong music as the soundtrack would have been just fine.

yesterday i was watching the movie and i slept through the cast and at the end of the cast was the music video. Chapoleon resing us player song and it was an awsome remake. just wanted to let you guys know that i really love the song. is there anyway we can somehow purchase the song too?

i use to listen to my dad tell me this story when i was younger. there was amovie like this back in toe 90's. the storyline was alot better. but this one had better camera shooting.

I heard many Hmong elders telling the same stories like this movie. I heard one true story similar to this movie that had happened in a Hmong village of Vietnam in the 1930s-1940. That's only 80 years ago and it's creepy like hell.

Nkauj Nyab is a good movie, but it wasn't ALL that scary. I thought I'd be jumping out of my seat when I watched it. I've heard of this story before from my dad. I always thought it was just a folktale. Didn't know it was true

This movie ain't fake it's based on a true story. My Grandma told me about this story it happened in Laos. I saw the old version it's good, this one is more scarier.This movie is giving u hints about no promising, no swearing, no committing because if u do.
