The his or white noise is present, but it is not detectable unless you pay strict attention. In my opinion it makes no more or less noise than my Denon DN-X1500. Some self noise is to be expected when using a mixer with analog inputs and outputs. I would recommend getting one if you are interested! Its a DJ mixer on steroids!!!

Well, It make no difference if it is "monster" cable or not to me. My question is is there noise present in the outputs? I have had good experience with "monster" myself and I'm not slow or retarded so forget the opinion on the cables and give me the drop on the zero 8 noise problem.

So, If I use monster cable, I should not have a white noise problem at all? That is if I keep the power source away from the cables, right? But, most importantly, can you hear the white noise in the mix-down. I don't care about having noise in my monitoring signal.

Dude Monster Cables have been a long-running joke in the audio community. They are overpriced and do not offer performance that is nearly worth the money. Anyone that buys monster cables is a retard. Even Mogami cables are a ripoff. (Although they are good.) Unless you have an extremely state of the art studio, you'll be fine with any cables. if you have noise it's probably a power problem or something from the source itself. don't believe the hype and waste money lol.

I am using it as a studio mixer as well. First I thought maybe I dont have it because mine is #649, maybe they did a revision, but its more likely that I'm just lucky. Now I'm fretting over whether or not to get the mod done once its released.

Jk, I'm no videographer. I'm a musician. And personally, I dont care if he buys it. I'm not paid by Korg :) I just make these videos to keep other musicians informed. My retort was after yonirules posted inall caps three times.

Yes, the output of the mixer is digital, and therefore allows a lot of headroom. The problem is unless you use the digital out, the noise output is high. If your monitors have a volume attenuator it shouldn't be an issue.
