The problem isn't my internet, my ATK speed is much better than this, the problem was because Fraps use extra data from recording footage and causes the client to use more resources than usual to help Fraps to record which causes the game to lag.
I haven't found a way around this, I setup my Fraps to 25 fps, Record Vista sound, and Full-Screen resolution. If I go higher fps it lags my game so more.

Yes, this is the OGP LaTale version. Currently I'm on break so as I'm busy with my School Projects but I'll return again next week hopefully.
