But anyway, you need to be on a visa, and you have to become a permanent resident first, then after 5 years of permanent residency you can apply for citizenship (must be at least 18), if approved you can finally take the tests. Then you swear in and become a Citizen. Considering bureaucracy, expect about 7-10 years.

I've been a crime scene/ fire rescue cameraman in NYC since 10 years before you were born.

It's called a Rapid Mobilization Drill, level 1, 2 & 3, depending on whether lights, siren or lights and siren are to be used responding.
