the images of alex without his leather jacket and hoodie is from earlier stages of the game... For a game producer it's extremley handy to do check and see what the crowd thinks, so u make a trailer with some random footage of Alex doing his thing, and release them, then u get feedback and change what needs to be changed... Obviously they didn't think much of the character design at that stage, so they changed it ^^
