actually fat people can't really eat that much in one go. Skinnier people are more able to fit food in them since theres not much fat in the way to keep them from putting more.
They don't really practice to stretch their stomachs. They mostly just practice so minimize chewing. Professional eaters usually eat a couple pounds of grapes the night before. They are a big food and digest quickly.
