@KiRMett If you look he is using his thumb to hold the note and his middle finger on the same hand to adjust what sounds to me like the LFO rate. Hope that helps. He does this on other videos too. Check out Analog Blues. He does quite a bit of knob turning on the MiniMoog in that one. Really good stuff. Hope to continue seeing vids from Gattobus.

@trevor001 I think the LFO has been assigned/routed to the pitch of the Osc. It also sounds a little resonant so he may have turned up the resonance quite high on a lowpass filter. That's my speculation anyway.

@smash4686 Thanks for you reply. I've eventually found out what it was since posting my question. It's the LFO - probably sawtooth - modulating the frequency of a SELF-OSCILLATING filter (bandpass or lowpass). Virtual analogs such as my Nordlead 2X usually can't self-oscillate :-(
