@AgApE010 Trust me there are far worse things you end up eating without knowing it. Industrialized countries use huge machine equipment to gather grain for bread and you always end up eating ground up insects. There is actually an industry standard for the amount of insects most food products contain. Chocolate bars have a lot of ground up insects in it because of the machinery that just collects all the stuff that is in the way.

I used to drink water straight from the group. It's not as bad as some people think. However sometimes you get worms.
