Thanks for sharing! I'm not into metal as I used to be, don't get me wrong I still like it. I am just been into other genres lately especially orchestral (Hans Zimmer) and electronica type stuff. I never would have guessed in a million year that you were into metal... :-)
@CathyAnxiety I don't know... I guess partly cuz there aren't many women that are into it. Especially for the really heavy stuff like that 1st song on the playlist. For some unknown reason I would've thought you were the type that was into jazz or maybe christian music. Guess I was way off huh?

Cathy as always enjoy you updates when they happen. Never pictured you as a metal head, but then again i do not even know you. I am not a metal head myself but I am a drummer. I have met Dave Lombardo several times as he is a master of the double bass drumming. He is the drummer for Slayer which I am sure you have heard of but I like his side project Grip Inc. Just thought you might like to take a listen to them it is who i work out to with when i am in the mood for metal.
Metal and fitness, woot! I think we would get along. Keep the vids coming! People don't think I listen to metal, either.

@dsc20601 No and I don't plan on getting them any bigger either. I have a hard enough time fitting my arms into long sleeve shirts as it is.
