I know a girl she was abused from birth her and her sister. They did every possible thing to hurt those two...I was at camp when we first meet. A few days later she told me I would go through it all again if it means the more people I bring to god. It still makes me cry. Child abuse really any abuse needs to stop. I lived thru physical, mental and sexual abuse as a child, teen, and adult. Does anyone know how to let go? I have been therpay for almost 2 years from all this stuff, yet i still cry every night. I don't know what to do. My parents did the physical and mental abuse, the sexual part was done by my babysitter, and i still hate her after all these years and im 40 now, i want the hurting to stop.
the problem is that most people are so protective of there right to "spank" that they turn a blind eye to extreme abuse in fear of it reflecting on what they do to there children.

I lived thru physical, mental and sexual abuse as a child, teen, and adult. Does anyone know how to let go? I have been therpay for almost 2 years from all this stuff, yet i still cry every night. I don't know what to do. My parents did the physical and mental abuse, the sexual part was done by my babysitter, and i still hate her after all these years and im 40 now, i want the hurting to stop.

My friend and neighbor is a concrete angel.Her mom hits her every night she pushes her to the couch.We hear but we don't dare to ask until one she was playing w/ us my mom discovered she had belt marks she asked her if her mom did that to her but she said no she asked everyday if she was ok but she says no with a sad look hidden inside of her every night she was hit by her mom her brother enjoyed it thats why i didn't like him Jolymar never said a thing and one day she was hit so hard she died.
