I have pencils that will record better audio. Nevertheless, best band ever.

Canon upgraded their firmware so that one can manually adjust sound input levels now...i can set it to pretty much the very lowest input, and it sounds pretty good. check out some of my later vids to check it out if you'd like.

try taping a cotton ball over the on-board mic next time. this still sounds really good for being just a video camera mic.
