I think Teukie's crying because it's the 1 year anniversary of the accident. They left recording April 18th 2007 near midnight, and about half an hour later the car flipped. Kyuhyun was in the hospital for 5 months, Teukie for around 2, Eunhyuk and Shindong were also hospitalized for a little.

That could explain why he's crying- Kyuhyun almost died and Teukie himself was in bad condition for a while.
