Mai Yamane gets the credit for this. One of the best vocalists out there, and that is NOT an opinion; she can sing in so many styles so well. She has the soul of Aretha Franklin and James Brown combined. Really like Yoko's stuff but in reality this is just a standard gospel progression nothing fancy, it's the musicians that make this one work.

It wouldn't really add much, but I don't think it would hurt either. Alternatively, it's Julia on the side of the bed, and it's all just another dream.

This has got to be my fav. song from Cowboy Bebop, hell my fav. song from Yokko kanno since it's the one that got me into her music and Jazz / Blues altogether.
