i use to have that problem every now and then, sometimes its a little uncomfortable for me when i swim without breathing and sometimes when i breath, when that happens i use to fly 25 or 35 m breathing every 2 stroke and that helps me very much to gain the rythm. also a thing that helps u a lot is kicking this is the most difficult i think of the fly i still havent been able to master it but theres a lot of short clips in the tube of the pros and is really helpfull to watch them

thats really good :) you have a good caterpillar motion with your body but you jus need to keep your head down a bit more nd kick more!! great job

your using our arms a bit too much...make your kick a bit more explosive and you should be good... good job for your first time though!
