Ryan leaf did way worse than Jamarcus Rusell check out Leaf's career stats. He threw 14 touchdowns with 36 interceptions. Oh, and on one game he was 1 out of 15 for four yards with 2 interceptions and 3 fumbles. Is that bad enough for him to be #1 or what?
